From two vineyards in the Sierra Foothills.  The nose has hints of dried cherries and a healthy smell of American oak.  The flavor profile is extensive, from dried fruit to cherries to Jolly Rancher candy.  The tannins are well balanced.  This Cab has a lot to offer and it’s going to drink well for years to come.  Pair with Prime Rib during the holidays.
