Fruit from Metate Hill Vineyards in Angels Camp.  Aged in American oak.  Dark in color.  Aromas of cherry, plum and cedar.  Dry.  Flavors of complexed dark fruit.  Medium tannins with a long finish.  Reminiscent of a Cabernet Sauvignon.  Will age well for years to come.  Pair with Baby Back Ribs.
