Fermented in 25% new American oak.  The nose has hints of a fresh spring rain, followed by dark ripe cherries.  Flavors of raspberries heading into dark rich plum and blackberries.  The tannins are profound in the mid palate and follow the wine through to the finish. This Cabernet of Spain does not disappoint.  Pair with slow roasted BBQ ribs.
