Fruit grown from our friend, Josh Lyman, in Amador County.  The nose has a familiar smell of dark fruit, American oak, and hints of spice.  Dark red in color.  Lingering flavors of cherries.  The American oak delivers hints of coconut and medium tannins.  Dry finish.  This wine has opportunities to age well.
