Fruit from Cooper Vineyards and Avio Vineyards both in Amador County.  Fermented in stainless steel.  Hints of light citrus on the nose.  Refreshing with nice acidity giving a tingle on the tongue.  Prominent citrus flavors along with honeydew melons, pears and crisp apple.  Light-bodied with a crisp finish.  As Sewell always says, “This is not your grandma’s Pinot Grigio”.
