Fruit from 6 Mile Vineyard and Indian Rock Vineyard both located in Calaveras County.  Straw in color.  Hints of apple and pear.  Aged 4 months in an Austrian Oak Cask.  The front of the mouth has flavors of pineapple and honey.  The mid palate is honey crips apples.  The Austrian oak fills in with light tannins and a nice finish.  Pair with the baked Brie appetizer at the Murphys Historic Hotel.
